How to Use This Programme

Start with the Foundation. Work through Modules 1–6 first. These are the essential building blocks for everything that follows.

Once you've completed the Foundation, look at the Paths and see what additional information would serve you best:

Life StageAdditional Modules You May Want
Unmarried or newlywedA1, A2, A3
Pregnant, new mother, or mother of young childrenB1, B2, B3, B4, B5
Entering perimenopause, menopause, or beyondC1, C2, C3, C4
Want to deepen your practice year-roundS1, S2, S3

You can take one Path, all of them, or just the modules that speak to you. This programme is designed to grow with you, and to meet you where you are, whenever you're ready.

A Note on Shared Modules

You might notice that some modules appear in multiple Paths:

  • The Home Pharmacy (A1/B1/C1): Essential for every woman

  • Pure Air, Pure Water, Pure Home (A3/B5/C3): The environment affects all of us

  • Two Bodies, One Journey (B4/C4): Marriage touches every stage of life

These modules are uploaded once and shared across the relevant Paths. You only need to take them once, they'll be there for you whenever you're ready.

This is intentional. Some wisdom is universal. It's not repetition, it's reinforcement. And it ensures that wherever you are in your journey, you have everything you need right there.

You Belong Here

This programme is not about perfection. It's about progress, one small step at a time.

It's about nourishing your body as a trust from Allah. It's about honouring your season of life, whatever it may be. And it's about passing on the wisdom to the women who come after you.

Welcome home.

Allahumma barik lana fi ma razaqtana wa qina 'adhaban nar.
O Allah, bless what You have provided us and protect us from the fire.
