This is not a course. This is a toolkit.
If you're reading this, there's a good chance you've been feeling stuck lately. Maybe your thoughts are loud, repetitive, or heavy. Maybe you've tried to "think your way out" of them, and found that it doesn't work.
I want to tell you something important: That is not your fault. It is biology.
Here's what's really happening: When your nervous system is on high alert your brain is flooded with stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline. In that state, the logical, calm part of your brain (the prefrontal cortex) literally goes offline. You cannot calm a stressed mind with more thinking. You have to go through the body first.
That is exactly what this toolkit is designed to do.
Inside this toolkit, you'll find short audio practices, ranging from 3 to 9 minutes, categorised by type:
Breath — to shift your body's chemistry in minutes
Humming / Sound — to vibrate your vagus nerve and trigger the relaxation response
Somatic Movement — to release trapped tension that your mind has been ignoring
Tactile — to use touch as an anchor back to safety
Short Meditation — to land gently in the present moment
You are not meant to do all of them. You are meant to choose what fits your moment.
Your nervous system thrives on rhythm and predictability. That's why I suggest weaving these practices into your day at specific times:
| Time of Day | Suggested Practice |
|---|---|
| Upon waking | 9-min Body Scan or 3-min Breath |
| Around 9am | 3-min Breath (to cap the morning cortisol spike) |
| Lunchtime | 6-min Tactile (to transition from "doing" to "being") |
| Around 3pm | 6-min Somatic Move (to shake off the afternoon slump) |
| Bedtime | 3-min Humming (to signal safety to your nervous system) |
But these are just suggestions. The only rule is: show up for yourself, even if only for 3 minutes.
This toolkit comes with 14 daily journal questions, one for each day. You'll find them after the audio menu.
Why 14 days? Because science shows that it takes roughly two weeks of consistent, daily practice for the nervous system to start building a new "set point." By day 14, your body will know what safety feels like. It will remember how to come back to calm.
You don't have to do the practices perfectly. You just have to do them consistently.
Once you're familiar with the Core practices, feel free to explore the Playground, a bonus section with extra audios for when you have more time, or when you're curious to try something new. These are optional. They're just... fun.
You are not broken. You are not "too sensitive" or "too much." Your nervous system has simply been doing its job, protecting you, for longer than it needed to.
Now it's time to teach it something new.
I'll be with you in every audio, guiding you gently. All you need to do is press play, and let your body lead the way.
Let's begin.
Now that you've read the Introduction, here's what comes next:
Go to the Audio Menu and choose your first practice.
Start with something short. The 3-minute Sigh Reset is a beautiful place to begin.
After your practice, open your journal and answer Day 1's question.
Take it slow. There's no rush. Your nervous system has waited this long for your attention, it can wait a little longer.
